The first step in registering is to decide which dates you would like.

Then, get a contract by clicking here. Fill out it, then get it back to us. Please make sure that you mention any health issues we should know about. You can get more information on our accomodations page and rate page. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and checks.

Now you need to get the contract to us with the $1,000 deposit. Credit card deposits can be faxed to us at 425.675.1074, PayPal payments can be sent to admin@hubya.com, and contracts with a check for the deposit must be mailed to:

If you don't receive a confirmation letter from us within a week or two, contact us to make sure we received your deposit. We can be a little slow with paperwork sometimes.

The other important step is to let us know your travel plans, especially if you are flying and we need to pick you up at the airport. But even if you are driving, please let us know so we don't freak out when we can't find your flight information.
