Once you meet us, you will see immediately
that dining is very dear to our hearts, and our waistlines. We recruit the finest chefs from all over the country
Our chefs will be preparing some of our standards, such as our steak
cookout night, and our French influenced
gourmet cuisine. The walleye is something you will have to experience
to believe. Entrees are accompanied by soup, salad, and a special dessert.
Appetizers precede the main meal in the bar area.
Lunch is normally prepared wherever you happen to be when you get
hungry during the day. Wonderful sandwiches are joined with fruit,
salad, dessert, and chips. Ice cold beverages will slake your thirst,
including soda, tea, bottled water, and your favorite beer.
Breakfast
is made to order omellettes,eggs, pancakes, waffles, and more. And
is accompanied by a large buffet with fresh fruit, fresh baked pastries,
juices, hot and cold cereal, and good strong Starbuck's coffee.
Our bar has an excellent selection of beer and wine, including
many local microbreweries. Again, we have diligently researched
many beers and wines in order to ensure that our guests receive
nothing but the best. Our selection of beers is vast, and we have
many of California's finest wines in our cellars.
