Yellowstone National Park tours
We have created a 4 night, 3 day package for touring Yellowstone National Park. We are excited about this new program! Guests of this program will enjoy all the amenities of our lodge, including access to our private fishing waters. And each day they will have a tour of the park with a tour guide on a well appointed tour vehicle.
Day One
Discover the beauty of Yellowstone Park at sunrise. Spend the day discovering and exploring Yellowstone's Grand Canyon. Experience the waterfalls memorialized in Ansel Adam's photographs. Look out over Mount Washburn and see its big horn sheep teetering on the edge of the volcanic caldera.
Day Two
Feel the spray of 10,000 different hot springs, fumaroles, and geysers. Hike and explore the beautiful Norris Geyser Basin. Watch Old Faithful explode while enjoying a gourmet picnic lunch. Explore the Old Faithful Inn, built in 1903, a work of art constructed from naturally bent and twisted logs.
Day Three
Look for wolves, hear coyotes, spot bison in the Lamar Valley. Feel the destrucioon and heat of the fire of 1988. Relive the last moments of mysterious deaths in the park. Learn about wolf reintroduction, bison management, and winter use of the park. Finish your tour with views of mountain goats at Soda Butte Creek, magnificent trophy elk napping on the lawn at Mammoth Hot Springs, and bears around Tower Junction.
This package includes all meals and lodging for 4 nights and 3 days. The cost is $1600 per person. Additional costs would be $12 per person Park entrance and tips for guides and house staff. House staff tips are normally ten percent. Guide tips are dependent on the number of guests that are on the tour - $100 per day total for the guide is a good tip.
